You represent that information you submit is accurate, that you are authorized to provide it, and that your use complies with applicable law and your firm’s policies.

3. Informational site; no legal relationship

Greysun provides marketing, business-development, acquisition, intake-coordination, and related operational services. Greysun is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or claimant intake through this site. Using the site does not create an attorney-client, referral, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship. Do not submit confidential case files, medical information, or time-sensitive legal requests.

4. Forecasts, qualification, and availability

Forecasts and classifications are planning tools based on your submitted inputs and internal assumptions. They are not offers, guarantees, professional advice, or promises of case volume, exclusivity, territory, conversion, fees, revenue, profit, or results. Market availability and business fit are evaluated individually and may change without notice.

5. Services require a signed agreement

Pricing, territory, exclusivity, qualification criteria, delivery methods, service levels, replacement policies, compliance allocation, billing, and any performance commitments apply only if stated in a separately signed services agreement. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the signed agreement controls for the covered services.

6. Communications consent

If you provide contact information and affirmatively consent, you authorize Greysun and its service providers to contact you about your inquiry by email, telephone, or text, including through automated technology where permitted. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe method provided, reply STOP to eligible text messages, or contact us at nigel@greysunpartners.com. Transactional or legally required communications may continue.

The site may integrate or link to services operated by providers such as Cal.com, Vercel, HighLevel, Google, Meta, and Resend. Their services and policies are controlled by those providers. 12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Greysun and its affiliates, officers, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, information you submit, or violation of these terms or another person’s rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by Wyoming law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating solely to this website. A signed services agreement may specify different dispute terms and will control for disputes under that agreement.

14. Changes, severability, and contact
