This policy explains how Greysun Demand Partners handles information from law-firm professionals who visit this site, request a forecast, or book a strategy call.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Nigel’s Agency LLC, doing business as Greysun Demand Partners, is the operator of this website and the controller of the business-contact information collected through it.
Rocket Grow sp. z o.o. provides website implementation, technical support, integrations, analytics configuration, and marketing operations as a service provider and data processor acting on Greysun’s instructions.
2. Scope and intended audience
This site is intended for attorneys, law-firm employees, and other business representatives evaluating Greysun’s marketing and acquisition services. It is not a claimant intake channel. Please do not submit medical records, health information, accident narratives, legal documents, or other sensitive case information through this website.
3. Information we collect
- Professional contact data: name, law-firm name, business email, telephone number, role, and scheduling information.
- Qualification data: practice focus, state, desired case capacity, acquisition activity, constraints, revenue band, marketing-spend band, and growth timing.
- Consent and communication data: consent choices, communication preferences, messages, call or booking status, and suppression or opt-out records.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, referral URL, and security logs.
- Attribution data: campaign, source, medium, click identifiers, and analytics or advertising events, subject to your cookie choices.
- Information from providers: booking details from Cal.com and lead, workflow, or communication status from our CRM and communication providers when enabled.

Provider logs and backups follow the relevant provider’s documented retention cycle. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You will not be discriminated against for exercising a right. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where local law permits. EEA and UK residents may also complain to their local supervisory authority.
Send requests to nigel@greysunpartners.com and include enough information for us to identify the relevant record. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
11. Children
This business-to-business site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
